You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. eejj will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
eejj is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with eejj's KYC process, which may require you to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. eejj may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eejj login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to represent eejj support. eejj will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email.
You must notify eejj immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. eejj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure or your failure to promptly report a suspected breach.
eejj may implement additional security measures, including two-factor authentication (2FA), device recognition, and session management controls. You agree to cooperate with these measures and to enable 2FA where prompted.
eejj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
The minimum deposit on eejj is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your eejj account and may vary by payment method.
eejj processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one business day. eejj reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or where a withdrawal triggers eejj's anti-money laundering review procedures.
All transactions on eejj are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eejj does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the eejj Platform without eejj's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of eejj's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eejj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the eejj Platform, including but not limited to:
eejj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eejj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude eejj's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and eejj, you agree to first contact eejj's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. eejj will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
eejj's decisions on all gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Claims of manifest error must be submitted to eejj support within 72 hours of the relevant event.
eejj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eejj will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on eejj.app. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
